29PM Photo Booth is operated by Melvin Adame, doing business as twenty9pm, in Upland, California. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through 29pmphotobooth.com, our quote and booking process, our event services, and our communications.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and location, requested services, package questions, notes, referral source, agreement and signature records, payment status, design files, event media, gallery information, messages, consent and opt-out records, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, cookie choices, form activity, and security results.
If you begin a Request a Quote form and provide contact information, our form software may save information you entered before you submit the form. This helps prevent duplicate records, understand the request that was started, and connect an unfinished request with a later completed request. An unfinished form does not reserve a date, create a Booking, authorize marketing, or automatically create a payment, agreement, Calendar event, or production order.
When an event guest asks a booth to text or email a photo, we collect the destination the guest enters and delivery information needed to fulfill that request. We do not use a one-time photo-delivery request as permission for unrelated marketing.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, review availability, administer bookings and agreements, process and document payments, plan and deliver events, create print and digital designs, deliver event media, provide support, honor communication choices, protect our systems, improve our website and services, and meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and dispute-resolution needs.
A Request a Quote is an inquiry only. A Booking exists only after 29PM approves it and the customer completes the required agreement and payment steps.
Email and text messages
We may send operational email or text messages when you ask us to respond, submit a quote, book an event, sign an agreement, make a payment, request support, or ask us to deliver event media. Marketing email is separate and includes an unsubscribe method. Automated SMS requires the permission described when the number is collected. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop automated texts and HELP for help. We do not treat an unfinished form as a marketing subscription.
AI-assisted tools and automation
29PM uses AI-assisted tools and workflow automation to help organize inquiries and event notes, draft or summarize communications for review, route information between approved business systems, create design concepts and requested photo transformations, prepare production work, and support quality control. A person remains responsible for pricing, availability, Booking approval, agreements, payments, refunds, and final customer decisions.
We limit information provided to an AI-assisted tool to what is reasonably needed for the task. We do not intentionally provide full payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information to an AI tool. AI-assisted creative work may contain unexpected details and is reviewed under the applicable quote, proof, or service agreement.
Providers and disclosures
We may use service providers for website hosting and delivery, website security, forms, customer records, workflow automation, email, SMS, galleries, file storage, electronic signatures, payments, analytics, and AI-assisted work. Current providers may include InstaWP and related delivery infrastructure, Cloudflare, WordPress, Elementor, WPForms, Groundhogg, Notion, n8n, Twilio, email and mailbox providers, SmugMug, Dropbox, WP E-Signature, and payment providers selected for a transaction. These providers process information under their own terms and security controls.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, protect forms, remember choices, and correlate form activity. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent spam. WPForms may use a browser identifier to connect form activity. Hotjar is currently installed to help us understand how visitors use the site. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, the customer relationship, legal and accounting obligations, security, and dispute handling. Our business target is to remove unfinished quote information within 30 days when it does not become a completed inquiry, subject to protected backups and a minimal opt-out or deletion record needed to honor a request. Signed agreements, payment records, and tax or insurance records may be kept longer when required.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control; stop marketing email; stop automated SMS; or ask a privacy question. Email info@29pmphotobooth.com or call or text (909) 270-2621. We may need to verify your identity. Some records cannot be deleted while needed for an agreement, payment, tax, fraud prevention, safety, legal claim, or opt-out suppression.
Children and event media
The website and quote process are intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect online quote information from children under 13. Event media involving minors is handled under the applicable service agreement and school or guardian requirements. K-12 event media is private unless the required permission authorizes a specific public use.
Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated date will appear on this page.
