A quote is not a Booking
Starting or submitting a Request a Quote form does not reserve an event date or create a Booking. A Booking exists only after 29PM approves it and the customer completes the requirements stated in the applicable quote and service agreement, normally including a signed agreement and retainer.
Signed agreements control
A personalized quote and signed service agreement control the services, price, schedule, payment dates, cancellation terms, travel terms, media permissions, and remedies for a booked event. If general website content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that event.
Creative and AI-assisted examples
Some design, image, or written material may be created with AI assistance and reviewed by a person. Examples show creative possibilities and do not promise an identical result. AI-assisted output may contain unexpected details. Event-specific deliverables are governed by the approved proof, quote, and service agreement.

The site may use or link to third-party services for payments, galleries, electronic signatures, maps, reviews, analytics, email, SMS, and media delivery.
